What we do

​We provide high-quality homes and comprehensive support for young adults aged 16–18 who are transitioning into adulthood. Our dedicated staff are available 24/7 to guide and assist them during this critical stage of life.

We place strong emphasis on education, employment, and training opportunities, including access to apprenticeships. In addition, our life-skills program equips young people with the tools they need to gain independence and confidently adapt to their future living environments.

Our private, high-standard accommodations are designed to be both supportive and cost-effective, with lower staff-to-resident ratios that maintain quality care while ensuring value.

Supported Accommodation

Our Accommodation services involve us offering Housing and property management/services to support all young adults with varies needs. Our services also stretch as far as vulnerable young people. We provide appropriate tenancies for our occupiers giving them flexibility to stay and use our services to benefit their development, which can be transferred skills within their own accommodation.

Emergency Accommodation

We understand the urgent need for emergency placements and are committed to providing immediate support in crisis situations. Our dedicated team is equipped to respond swiftly, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people in need. We offer secure and nurturing emergency placements that prioritise their comfort and stability. Our experienced staff members are trained to provide the necessary care, support, and guidance during these challenging times. We work closely with local authorities and agencies to ensure seamless coordination and the best possible outcomes for those in crisis.

Work & Skills

Horizon homes Supported Living  provide  education and employment services for young people . Our provision gives vulnerable young people opportunities to identify and address the barriers to their employment and their employers which leads security and stability as they learn  and develop their skills for the future.

Criminal Justice

Our services also consist of support to help those young people who are actively offending, or who have historically offended enabling them to move forwards positively in their life 

At Horizon Homes Supported Living we offer support for young people and young adults  that have a variety of complexities.
